"Shabby Chic" Card: White Rose DT Project

Welcome!
Today I am sharing this beautiful shabby chic card.  This is an A2 size card.  I used the limited edition card kit along with other items from previous design team kits.
I started with layering pattern paper which I distress the edges.  I then added a paper doily.  I layered this beautiful sentiment from the paper in the kit with this beautiful cardstock that shimmers.  I added some of the pattern paper under the bottom of the sentiment cutting them into flags.  I layered the flowers along the bottom and added a cute layered butterfly to the upper right corner.
I added Nuvo Crystal Drops to each of the flags for a finishing touch.

White Rose DT Project: "Hello" Card

Welcome!
Today I am sharing this shabby chic card using the limited edition card kit featuring pattern paper from Pion Designs.  This is an A2 size card.  I was inspired by a card I saw on pinterest, which I will link below.  I used several papers and items from the kit, along with items from previous design team kits.  I distress all the edges of the paper with my distress tool, then layered them together.  I layered lace from the kit along with some flat back pearl trim.  I stamped the "Hello" from a stamp set called Indigo Skies from Kaisercraft which came in the kit.  The wooded leaf and buttons also came in the kit.  The flowers are from a previous design team kit.  I also added some Nuvo Crystal Drops.

White Rose Dt Project: Shabby Tag

Welcome!
Today I would like to share a DT Project for White Rose Crafts.  I created this lovely shabby chic tag.  Some of the items I used came for the card kit that will be available in April.
The base of the tag is created form Aspire Petallics Cardstock.  The shimmer on this cardstock is amazing.  I then layered this beautiful pattern paper from Pion Designs.
I then die cut out the dress form, button and spool from some very light chipboad and more of the pattern paper in different designs.
I used some very soft lace that came in the kit, which I wrapped around the spool and the waist of the dress form.  I then layered some pleated trim, lace form the kit, and some flatback pearl trim under the dress form.  I layered the dressform with the lace, some seam binding, pearl trim and the button which I used seam binding to create a bow.
The spool I layered the lace and used some twine to tie the charm to the spool.  Then I created the cute little bow with seam binding.  I then added some Nuvo Crystal Drops to add dimension to the tag.  I distressed all the edges with the distressing tool.
I wanted to show that you can use the card kit to make something other than a card.  This kit is very versatile.  Links to the items I used are below.
Thanks for stopping.
