This altered box I created was fun and very easy to do. I painted it with blue acrylic paint and then took gesso and streaked it across the surface and then took a paper towel and wiped off the excess. It gave it this very cool effect. I layered some Wild Orchid Crafts flowers in the corner on top of a piece of doily. I tucked some seam binding into the flowers. I also took a metal piece and gessoed that as well and added a flat back daisy pearl. I adhered some trim the the top edge of the box and made a flower cluster on the bottom corner of the box.
